I got a new pantech hotshot for my daughter due to an issue. Prior to transferring to the new phone, I backed up the phone with backup assistant and can view the contacts online.
When I log into backup assistant on the new phone it will not download the contacts from the website.
I can view and change the pin, no issue. It will just not download the contacts

I would be so lost with out my contacts. Let's make sure that we get those contacts back on the device! Are you getting any errors when you try to get the contacts back into the phone? Is everything else working on the device for you? Please keep us posted.
