I have done this before but i currently got online to erase all the contacts i've backed up, because i didnt want them; however i want to back up the ones i have now... how do i do that? because it says restore instead of back up? HEEELPP ?!

I have an ENV3 and on my phone I click media center, browse and download then click back up assistant and it updates. Mary
