Sometimes, when I attempt to access anything that uses the browser, I can't get anything to work (including My Verizon) , after a bit of troubleshooting, I've found that doing a power cycle seems to solve the problem...anyone else have the same issue? This has happened more than once...can anyone tell me why, since I have an adequate signal in my area, and I'm not in a roaming area at all?

Good morning! I want to help make your Gusto experience the best it can be! Are you seeing an error message when trying to access the browser/My Verizon? Do other things like picture messaging work during these times? Have you downloaded any apps/games to the phone with any problems? Please provide more info, so I can help further.
