Can I download photos from a device with a broken screen?

Download photos from a LG Spectrum 2 that quit working, my contacts came over from whenever the last backup was, there were some of them missing as well.  I can't see the screen on Spectrum 2, but the power button light is illuminated if plugged into a charger.  My Spectrum 2 has an internal SD card, so not just as easy as obtaining from the SD card.

prweaver2,

I am sorry for the issues you are having. Without having access to the on screen prompts of the phone the media can not be transferred unless it was previously backed up somewhere such as the VZW Cloud or another 3rd party storage. If you would like you can try to gain access to the media by plugging the device into a computer and transfer the media however this many not be possible as you must enable USB Mass Storage on the device.
