So I can sent text messages but I can't receive texts on my phone. I called customer support and they have not been helpful at all. I was told to turn off my phone for a bit so the tech could reprogram it and he would call back after I turned it back on. Its been over 40 mins since I did this and have not been contacted.
This is the second time my phone has done this within the last month. I have gone through the steps before with customer service on my first phone and none of them worked then and I did all the same steps with this phone and none of them work.
HELP!
We would love to help out today jav82. Having access to your messaging availability is definitely important. Do you mind sharing what device you're using? Were you able to reconnect with our Technical Support Department? When was the last time this successfully worked? Please keep us posted, thanks!
