I just bought a new phone at Best Buy today, and I already have the phone number. I have done the process of activating it through the 228 number and it said it was successful. Now when I try to register for an account on myverizon it says my cell must have service to register, yet there is nothing else I can do. When I try to activate my prepaid card by texting VZPAY or calliing the 611 number it says there are currently technical difficulties. I do not understand what I am supposed to do. Any help would be appreciated.
