Can't Receive Calls But Can Make Calls & Send Texts

Hello. I have recently switched over 5 lines from Sprint T-Mobile to Verizon, but 3 of the 5 lines could not receive incoming calls, they go straight to the voicemail.

The issue is that I can make outgoing calls, I can send text messages, and I can receive text messages, but it seems that I cannot receive calls. 

I have tried resetting network settings and removing and reinserting my sim card. Neither worked.  Please share how you resolved this if you had this issue before.  Thank you.

P.S. And VZW support is the worst, I spent over 10 hours on chat,phone,facebook since joining last week and they're so clueless...

We know how important it is to get phone calls. When you are porting in a line, it can take a few hours before the port process completes, during which time the calls are still being routed to the old carrier's switch. Are the phones still having trouble receiving calls?
