yesterday I added a text plan to my Samsung Intensity II for the first time but am still unable to send or receive texts today. I have turned it off and on and removed the battery. Trying to avoid a total reset that will erase my contacts. Suggestions?
I don't know if this will help, but try *228 to refresh your network. I know some basic phones have to update themselves after a plan change. I recent user added money to their account and the banner didn't update for several hours.
