My phone was suspended do to taking my SIM card out of my phone and trying to put it in a different phone. That didn't work so I try to put sim card back in original phone now it says it's suspended. It tells me to reconnect through Verizon app I try that but everytime I try to reconnect it says try again later or contact chat rep. Chat rep does nothing but sends the same information I'm doing.
Not recommended to swap sim cards unless it's in a device you own since this can set of a red flag for fraud. You're going to have to call and either speak with level 2 tech or fraud to reconnect. Being the 4th, hold times may be long.
