Cant download multimedia messages on my Brightside. WHY

I switched from the Eny Touch to the Brightside phone back in December. Since I switched phones cant get picture and video messages at all. Nothing on my account has changed at all for this to happen. It wont download and says failed. I don't understand why I cant download them. Smiley Sad

I'm sorry you have been unable to download picture messages, skip6928. Did you notice this problem when you first activated the phone in December or did it start recently? Do you have any blocks on your line?
