Casio Boulder type V not connecting to network extender

I recently bought a Casio Boulder Type V off of eBay for a family member. It activated and is usable with no problems outside of the home. In the home it won't connect to my home network extender. All of our other phones connect just fine. I've unplugged and replugged the network ext. and updated the prl on the phone. Turned the phone on and off. Still nothing. I'm out of ideas. BTW. This is one of the non data older network extenders.

I feel your pain; we want you to take full advantage of your Network extender. You may need to establish priority access for your Verizon Wireless phone numbers.
