Casio G'ZOne and Backup Assistant Stopped Working

Hi, everything has been working fine for 3+years, was able to see everything on-line, transfer contacts, synch, etc......

Now every night (that is when Backup Assistant is schedule to synch), I get an error that says "it can't connect to the data network.  Please try again later.  Error Code 216  Last Backup 29 Days".

I can see my older contacts from the Verizon Cloud Screen (it has changed from the Backup Assistant Screen).  But when I try and force a synch, the phone just displays the same error.

What do I have to do to make this work properly.
