I have a Casio G'z ravine 2 and cant upload my pics to my computer!! All my other phones i just plugged it in and it was automatic what is going on with this one is making me MAD I want my pics!!!!!! Any suggestions??? Thanks Alex
Do you have a micros SD card installed in the phone? Some phones must have the photos moved/saved on the SD card to be able to access them via USB on your computer - the card appears as an additional drive letter when you connect via USB.
Appreciate your identifying how to identify if a micros SD card installed on the phone & how to move/save to access pix via USB on computer.
Have spent hours trying to upload pix for Craig's List via a Ravine 2 with software installed on PC& just waiting for upload to work.
If upload is not possible, then why does Verizon not update such information where the Ravine 2 is described. Certainly would be a great plus for those of us who own this basic phone.
