Third Chocolate 3 intermittantly not receiving calls, and these only go to voicemail 50% of the time. No hint the call ever came in. Tried *73 and *228 many times. Talked to Tech Support several times. Phone has been replaced three times with same issue.
This my friend has me concerned. I really would like to help get this resolved for you. I understand our Tech Team has assisted and replaced your phone a few times. Has there ever been a Remedy Ticket opened? That's when we send an engineer to resolve the issue. Is it indoors only? What Zip code are you located in?
