So a long time ago I had a Cosmos 2 and had the voicemail set. About 9 months ago I got a Cosmos 3 and right now I'm realizing that my phone doesn't have a voicemail.
When my phone is called and I don't answer / ignore it, it'll send the caller to a message saying "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please hang up and redial the number, including the area code. Announcement 5 switch 131-101" - I get the same message when I try to dial my voicemail. How to I get past this to actually set the voicemail up?

Contact verizon from a different phone or stop into a store so they can activate your voicemail properly. Sounds like sonethibg needs to be done on verizons end. Mary
