Deleting contacts on Samsung Intensity II

I have also been having this issue. Glad I'm not the only one. I also can not get my security code to work correctly. Was wondering if I could reset the phone. I'm pretty much done with this phone, and it started doing that b4 it was a year old. It also sometimes does not show a name with a text that comes in. and I have to go to My contacts alot to send text. I don't like it that back up assistant deletes My numbers for me either, I have to get online and re download numbers.

Let's get this resolved, lsutton. Are you referring to the phone lock code? If so, the default code is the last 4 digits of your mobile number. Do you experience difficulty with only certain contacts when receiving a text message? Are these numbers saved as 10 digit numbers under your contacts? Please provide us more details so we can better assist.
