Does the SAMSUNG U960 ROGUE CELL require a data plan?, as title says.

This particular question about this particular model has been a concern to many other people, too, over the course of this year. Underneath the word "Support" at the top of this page is a search box that will search this forum for all the previous discussions that have taken place about this question during this year. As an example of what to try searching for, I typed "Rogue data" and "u960 data" and came up with a lot of results worth checking out. Upon the forum giving you the results, above the list of results the forum lets you organize the results according to Date, # of Views, # of Kudos, # of Replies, and Best Match.
The Rogue does not require a data plan. It does require you to call verizon and have a data block put on the line.
