Does the Samsung Gusto 3 have SIM or SD cards?

How do I get to the SIM and SD cards on this phone. I am trying to move them to a replacement phone just sent me

I don't think the the Gusto uses a SIM card - you activate it by dialing *228.  And from the online specs, I don't see an SD slot either...

I can not get a live person at Verizon and when I go to add funds on the account it tells me at the top of the page that my sim and phone need to be paired and will not let me add funds, but I can not find anywhere that a sim would go and have had this phone and plan for quite a while with no previous problems

It is telling me on the account page that the sim and phone need to be paired and will not let me add funds....have had this phone and prepaid plan for awhile and never had this problem before...the phone works fine but will not let me add funds to the account because of the pairing of sim and phone and can not find where it even takes a sim.
