DuraXVPlus shows Starting the KYocere alternately and otherwise will not turn on@
WILYEA42, we always want to ensure you have a working phone. I welcome the opportunity to address this matter. Please try removing the battery for about 1 minute and then attempting to restart it again. If that doesn't help, then remove the battery and after doing so plug the phone into the charger. While it's still plugged in, insert the battery and see if the phone will load up to the home screen normally. Please keep us posted with your findings.
