Go online and choose VIEW BILL. Choose this bill from the pull down menu and choose PRINT BILL and post.
This is a summary bill, I would like to see the detailed version.
I have to agree, from looking at the information posted it does look like a situation where a device may not been returned so they charged retail price for the device.... Are you sure that the company recieved the original device in question?

No, you need to copy and post like you did the summary or save the .pdf, edit it in paint to remover personal info ie name, address, phone number and account number and then post back here. You can also attach the file too.
Now if you are speaking of what you posted, that is a summary bill, not a detailed bill. Detailed will break out every charge, not lump them into categories.

What smart phones did they sell you? Did you buy the phones instore or online? Just curious as the stores I have been in definately know the basic phones from the smart phones and if you tell them you want a basic phone they show you those. Did you ever seee the detailed billing to know what is going on? Mary
