To say the least, this was my very first bill. I have tried and tried to work with this company for months now, I even paid this balance, they sold me a phone that I was told did not require a data package, when in fact it did, with me being on disability you can imagine what I was thinking when I saw this, 1 month later, 2 weeks later I was told I could downgrade to basic phones, Keep in mind I was told at the beginning the phones I got were not data required. When in fact they were. Ok even after I sent the first phones back and they were replaced with basic lg cosmos phones, I started incurring overage charges, and this was because they changed my billing cycle, and it has not been right since and still is not, they offer to bump me to the next level of minutes plan {1400}. I did that with a 0.00 balance when this change was made, my first bill after the change was $ 368.67. I will not pay this bill. Idgaf I tried to call several times to have them fix it and they WILL not...not CAN not... I will rate this company on a scale from 0-10 10 being the best a A+00. They have the worst and most unconsiderable representatives I have ever had to deal with in a company, and the supervisors are not at all better. I will let these phones get turned off and WILL not...not CAN not... pay another dollar to these rip offs. I know you may not let this be seen but I will post this on as many sites that will allow me to do so. I am also contacting the BBB and filing a complaint as soon as I can free up my hands from typing this. You people rip people off from the very beginning and it will be known... take that for NATIONWIDE INFO.. I know I know you do not care because you have already gotten billions if not trillions from people off. Well you will not get another red cent from me... and I aint done by a damn sight. I live in Greensboro NC and will also be contacting the consumer department of Congressman Howard Cobles office as well. So be expecting a call from them as well.

Go online and choose VIEW BILL. Choose this bill from the pull down menu and choose PRINT BILL and post.
This is a summary bill, I would like to see the detailed version.

Did you bill a tablet to your account, or not return a device, or not active the device? That looks like an equipt charge to me

I have to agree, from looking at the information posted it does look like a situation where a device may not been returned so they charged retail price for the device.... Are you sure that the company recieved the original device in question?

No, you need to copy and post like you did the summary or save the .pdf, edit it in paint to remover personal info ie name, address, phone number and account number and then post back here. You can also attach the file too.
Now if you are speaking of what you posted, that is a summary bill, not a detailed bill. Detailed will break out every charge, not lump them into categories.

What smart phones did they sell you? Did you buy the phones instore or online? Just curious as the stores I have been in definately know the basic phones from the smart phones and if you tell them you want a basic phone they show you those. Did you ever seee the detailed billing to know what is going on? Mary
