Failed Incomining Calls

My Samsung Intensity does not receive incoming calls. Callers get a recorded message saying the call cannot be completed at this time and hang up and redial the number.   I can make calls and send and receive texts.  Any help for this?

Do you have call forwarding inadvertently activated?  Dial *73, press send.  You should hear tones - any call forwarding is now disabled.
