For the last 2 days, no one can hear me, but I can hear them. Could it be the microphone?

What a great question that absolutely needs to be answered.
Are you able to hear anyone when the phone is in speakerphone mode? Also ensure bluetooth is turned off.

Had to get another phone. Couldn't be fixed.

My son's S5 has been doing that for over a month. It does work on speakerphone. He is extremely responsible with his phones.

I'm saddened to learn that he is having trouble, let's look into this! When did the problem begin? Does the issue occur with all calls? Has the phone been exposed to any physical/water damage?
