this is the second Gusto 3 that we have had and it is doing the same thing the first one did, shuts off for no reason. you never know if it is off or on! will shut off while on the phone and in the middle of a conversation! Done a Factory reset to no avail. anyone with same issue?

That kind of behavior would concern me as well. When did you have the device replaced? How soon after that did this start? What is the battery level when the device shuts down?
