Having trouble using LG Cosmos 3 mobile email

I just recently upgraded to the LG Cosmos 3. I have been using the mobile email app, but it keeps on saying that the trial period is over and I need to subscribe to mobile email. Well, I also upgraded my plan to the share everything plan with a 300 MB data plan as well. Now, according to what I have read, I have mobile email included. OK, how do I get around this and get it working without incurring an additional $5/month fee? Any ideas?

It's kind of counter-intuitive, but if the mobile email is included in the Share Everything, you need to subscribe, go through the subscription process, agree to the monthly charge, but it won't be on your bill since it is included.  If it does show up, call customer service right away so they can make the adjustment - but it probably will not show up on the bill.
