Help I have someone sending sounds through my cell phone and wireless computer at night time when my devices are turned off , how do I stop this and find out who is stalking me? The call is so short I am unable to capture their number...Help

If the phone is off (Powered off), there is not a physical way to do so.
If on, it could be tones for email, texts and such
