There should be an option to export the contacts from backup assistant in your MyVerizon account online. Choose a format that you can print from. A standard CSV format should work.

There should be an option to export the contacts from backup assistant in your MyVerizon account online. Choose a format that you can print from. A standard CSV format should work.
