You can block up to five numbers free for 90 days via your My Verizon account (and then reblock them every 90 days as necessary). Log into your My Verizon account and hover over My Plan & Services at the top (using the desktop version), then click Block Calls & Messages. With the mobile version of My Verizon, tap Account at the top of the screen, then Manage Family Safeguards & Controls at the bottom, then Call & Messaging Blocking.
