I just re-activated a Samsung Smooth with another phone number. I keep getting a message to delete Backup Assistant, then download a new file. I don't seem to be finding a path to Backup Assistant to conduct this task... Any help will be appreciated.

My apologies that Backup Assistant cannot be removed from our devices. Have you attempted to launch Media Center and search for an update? Have you restarted device since this issue started?
