How can I turn on texr on my flip phone?

Normally, texting is on by default - if it'snot working, call customer service and they can check the line to be sure it is provisioned properly for texting. Has texting been blocked on this line in the past?  Blocking texts and re-enabling is done at the account level by the account owner.

How do you turn it on "at the account level".  I can't seem to find a way to do this.  Or are you saying that the Verizon Rep. needs to do this?
