There are times when either I or my partner are unable to reach one another due to network problems. If I come on to Verizon there is no way to immediately check for issues. That is unless I am missing something somewhere on the website. I've also checked FB, Google+ and Twitter - there is no mention of problem.
Sorry if you are having problems. You can report any service outage via our 800# - 800.922.0204 from a working phone or 611 on your verizon phone from a location not affected. Hope this helps,
