How to Enable Voice Commands on Kyocera DuraXV

I have a Kyocera DuraXV & am trying to Enable Voice Commands & find Clipboard. Does anyone 

know how to do these things?

Voice Commands discussion starts at the bottom of page 82 of the user manual, i.e.,

Kyocera DuraXV user manual 

Only reference I saw to the clipboard is a discussion at the bottom of page 20 about copying and pasting text.

Hello, explorer1999. Here are the instructions on Voice Activated Dialing.

  1. Press the. Microphone key. (located to the right of the navigational pad).
  2. When prompted to 'Say a command', speak one of the following: Call 'Name or Number' Send Message. Redial. Open Calculator. Play Music. ...
  3. If prompted to confirm, say 'yes' to complete or 'no' to cancel
