Hi. I have Samsung Intensity 2 basic phone that I used to use.
I'm in South Korea now and trying to establish a service with that phone for short while.
Looks like my phone may need some sort of unlocking that needs to be done.
I need that information.
I tried to call Verizon support but staying way too long for international call.
And I can't even find an email address to ask Verizonwireless by email about it.
Anyone know either how to unlock the Samsung Intensity 2?
Or have an email address that I can send my question to Verizonwireless?
Their support site has online chat feature but that never seem to work.
I'll need within a day or two.

That phone is a CDMA only device. It cannot be "unlocked". Even if it could be unlocked, you would need to meet the criteria for Verizon to unlock it which includes having a current, active Verizon account in good standing and the phone being active in that account for the past sox months.
