would someone from verizon contact me,my phone plan was supposed to be changed and fixed within 72hrs...its been 4 days and i can not call from any phone to contact a human about my account to see why my credit has not been applied.
This is a customer-to-customer forum, not Customer Service. And, unfortunately, since your post wasn't marked as a question, a Verizon rep won't see it. Have you tried accessing the chat feature or borrowing a phone to contact Customer Service?
