I've purchased a ringtone & a ringback at the Verizon shop, but I am unable to upload it from my PC to my phone. HELP!!!! Can someone tell me how to do this?

The ringtone should come to your phone as a text message.  You can manage your ringback tone through your MyVerizon account.

Yes I did receive a text w/ the ringtone, but it does not show up in my phones ringtones. It plays when I open the text. How do I transfer it from the text message to my phone ringtones?

ladyde, you have to open the text, then save it ....i save mine as both a ringtone and a "sound".
