I just changed my phone number and now when i try to make a call, i get a message that says "We are unable to authenticate this device." Can anyone tell me what to do?
Call Verizon Customer Service from another phone that works and they will help you with that problem.
Should be simple to do. Or go into a Verizon Wireless Company Store and NOT a RE SELLER you can locate one via calling Verizon Wireless Direct and their tech support should also be able to set it up properly as you wait.

Did you reprogram the phone after you changed the number? Dial *228, option 1 to reprogram the phone to the Verizon Wireless network.
