Hi CJEM. While I'm glad you're trying to get Backup Assistant to work with your LG phone, I regret the error messages. I hope to provide you with assistance in understanding the error, and a path toward resolution. The error you're seeing is normally associated with service restriction. Normally, it pops up on lines that don't have authorizationi to access online services. That could be the result of a data access block on the line. Do you know if one is there? Do you have prepaid or postpaid services with us?
