I left my phone at a Walmart, how do I change devices temporarily?

I have an old basic I need to turn on temporarily. Is this possible? I don't know how to communicate this way. Can anyone help me?

It is important that you are able to stay connected, DesertSiren. If the basic phone is a 3G device, it may no longer be able to be activated on our network. What make and model of device are you trying to activate?
