I purchased a Samsung Gusto 3 and a Basic unlimited talk, text, and data prepaid plan from Verizon’s 800 number.  Since the first day it was activated, I have not been able to access the internet.  After two long calls to the Verizon Service number and one extremely long visit at a Verizon Store, I got the advice that my phone is defective, my phone is not defective, and they cannot to anything with a prepaid account.  Can someone help?
