***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I received a video on my phone and my message said to go to vzwpix.com to view it and all I get is a run around! how do you view a video?

I'm having the same problem. It told me to go to a web site but I still can't view it. Says I need to be the account owner but won't let me become account owner.

Hello Kimmatt. Let's help get you access to the pics site, so you can view your pictures and videos online! Kimmatt, you may have multiple lines on your account, and it is very possible that a different line created their My Verizon account first, and chose the option to become the Account Owner.
