Hi there, I'm having a problem with my phone where incoming calls are going straight to my voicemail. I can call people fine and recieve texts just fine. My phone is a LG enV2. I don't know when it started but I believe it was about a week if not longer but I didn't become apparent until now after trying to exchange my number with a couple people. I did move from central California down to San Diego but I'm not sure if that is relevent.
Any help to fix this problem would be appreciated.

If your move was around the time that the issue started, it may be a lag related to the towers finding your phone. Dial *228, then press option 2 to update your roaming. Maybe that will help.

Do you have a form of call forwarding active on your line?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I'm assuming you've checked the obvious things like has the master volume been turned down/off, has mute been turned on, has call ringtone accidentally been set to silent? You also might try powering the phone off/on if you haven't already.

I have an ENV3 and this has happened to me a few times this week. I didn't think anything of it until I saw this post. Have had this phone 2yrs and never had this happen before. I thought maybe I just didn't hear it but today phone was in my hand when I noticed the missed call and I have a custom ringtone that is loud and my volume is all the way up. Will have to try 228 and see what happens. I don't get a ton of calls to test out if 228 worked so may be a few weeks. Mary

I should say I have no call forwarding activated and have not touched any settings on my phone to change anything. Mary

No it wasn't call forwarding or anything like that, it seemed to be an issue with the network end of things from what I gathered. I called Customer Services which had me do a lot of the * things like *73, *920, *228
Then they sent me to Technical Support which tried a few more things that didn't work and had to put a ticket for the next echelon of support. It didn't take more than a few hours when they called me (and my phone actually rang!) to make sure they had corrected the issue and then a few hours the original woman I had talked to on Technical Support called me to make sure they had fixed it which I thought was nice.
But yea if you're having the same problem you might end up having to call them.

Did they tell you what the problem was on their side? (Glad you got it fixed!)

No I asked but didn't get anything specific other than it was some issue with a setting on their network or something like that.
