Is it possible to retrieve an OLD deleted number?

This number was a contact of mine over a few months ago, and I need the number now. Can I retrieve it?

Does it show up in your MyVerizon account history of call details or text message history from your bills?

As far as I can tell, my usage history only goes back to the beginning of the month.

Text Message history is available for the previous three months and your calls are available in a years worth of bills in PDF format.

That's true if you're looking at Usage Details; it only gives the current billing cycle info.  Look to the left under View Bill and use the drop-down to select which bill to view.  Then there will be tabs where you can view usage for those particular bills.  Info. is there for the past 12 months, except texts are only the past 90 days.
