Is there a basic call/text/picture phone that offers 4g hotspot

I have a large business tablet that is wifi only anf I would like Internet access with while out of the office and away from wifi.  As to not have too many huge devices in hand, I was thinking that there might be a basic style phone that offers a 4g hotspot. I know there are jetpacks, just don't want too many devices to carry along. Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is probably the most basic phone you'll find with mobile hotspot feature. It is an Android but basic no-frills.

I don't think dilbertaz understood the question. None of verizons basic phones offer 4g. That's only in the smartphones and the jet packs. Also, the phone recommended isn't even compatible with Verizon wireless.

I did understand the question and I replied with the closest to a basic phone as you will get with Hotspot and yes the Galaxy Core Prime is in the Verizon line up check the shop at the top of your page, it is also one of the cheapest.

The OP was referring to basic phones not smartphone.

Your link takes you to the GSM version of that phone.

Therefore the reason behind my statement.

I realized that just didn't make it clear that there wasn't a basic phone fulfilling their needs.  I didn't realize it was the GSM version but was simply referring to that as a reference to the model not the specific phone, my bad.
