I have so many contacts, so I know how important it is to ensure they're backed up and I am so sorry yours have been lost!
There are a couple of ways to go about this. If you reactivate your previous phone that has all of your contacts (or a majority of them) you can then override the current "empty" profile.
Another possibility, (but I can't gauruntee it) is we can reach out to our network team and see if they can "roll back" your Backup Assistant profile. This isn't always available, but if you don't have a previous phone, it's worth a shot!
