A friend has a Samsung Gusto 2 (U365) flip phone. She says when she charges it at night, it will wake her up with an annoying beep. When she goes to the phone to dismiss the alert to stop the beeping, she sees a textural message telling her that her phone is now fully charged. She believes the audio alert is associated with the "full charge" text message she's getting, but I'm not sure. I was thinking that maybe it's actually an alert concerning the display light coming on and staying on too long instead. Anyone hear this auditory alert when their Gusto 2 finishes charging? Thx.

There is a setting to alert you when the battery is fully charged:
From the Home screen, press MENU ➔ Settings & Tools ➔ Sounds Settings ➔ Alert Sounds. Then find
• Battery Charge Alert
: Choose Alert or Vibrate to have the phone alert you when battery charging is complete, or choose Off.
