Kyocera Cadence Volume Settings

Is there a way to adjust the volume of the alarm?  A message appears on the screen that the volume has been turned down because it is too loud when listening to music.  I'm not listening to music and need the alarm at the highest level so I can hear it.  The only volume control I can find on the phone is the master volume, which doesn't seem to effect the alarm volume.

TEDDIESRA, we don't want you to be late! You can adjust the alarm sounds by tapping Settings>Sound Settings>Sound & Notifications>Alarm Sound. You will be provided with the option to increase the volume.

TEDDIESRA, we don't want you to be late! You can adjust the alarm sounds by tapping Settings>Sound Settings>Sound & Notifications>Alarm Sound. You will be provided with the option to increase the volume.

I know this is an old post, but when I go to Sound Settings>Alarm sound on the Kyocera Cadence LTE, I can only select the sound.  It gives me no option of changing the volume.
