Kyocera DuraXV is supposed to be durable but is having issues after only 2 months of gentle use

My Kyocera DuraXV is only 2 months old but seems to be falling apart.  I got it because it was supposed to be extremely durable, hence the name DuraXV.  It has a painfully slow delay on typing and scrolling through menus.  I only use it for calls and texts so it is very frustrating to have these problems and especially so early.  What is the deal

The exterier of the device is durable. The issues your having is with the software. From what your saying the device storage might be close to full and is slowing down the other processes. Also make sure your software is up to date.

I'm not sure where to look on that device, but on mine under settings/applications/application manager/running (scroll left to it) I can see what all is open and how much RAM is being used.

Have you looked to make sure you aren't maxing out RAM which can cause the device to be sluggish?
