I purchased a ringtone from the verizon store along with ringback tones. The ringback tones are working but I did not receive the ringtone. Is it supposed to be sent thru a text message or is there a different way to retrieve it??
Yes, the ringtone should be sent to your phone as a text message. If you did not receive the text, call customer service; they can verify the purchase and resend the text.
