I have a LG Cosmos 2 that the screen display is stuck in the horizontal position as if using the keyboard. When you close the keyboard it does not flip to the vertical position.
Try removing the battery (with the phone on), then after a minute or two, put the battery back in and restart the phone. This will force the phone to reset and may solve the issue. A battery pulls does solve quite a few issues, but if it doesn't, is the phone still under warranty? You may need to take it in to a store with a tech and see if it needs replacement, or if they know any tricks to get it reset and functioning properly again.
