Hello Verizon Community!

I need your help!

My phone today just started acting weird -- I am unable to make or receive calls, but I can text message with no problems.  The sound works (alarm is fine, text message tone), but I can't even call my voicemail.  There is absolutely no sound when I try to call or when I receive a call.  And during a phone call, the other person on the line is unable to hear me, and I am unable to hear them.  Help?

Try removing the battery with the phone on, then reinserting the battery and restarting the phone.  Simple but effective in a lot of situations.

If that doesn't work, then you will likely need to visit a store with a tech dept that can look into it.  How old is the phone?  If it's still under warranty you can get it replaced if they cannot fix it.

I tried the removing the battery suggestion, and it still is the same Smiley Sad 

I will definitely go to the Verizon store.  Ooooo and good point -- it's still under warranty.  Thank you so much!
